Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A 20% restocking fee may apply, example: in-demand seasonal items or items valued over $150
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It *must* also be in the original packaging and return shipped with Tracking and Insurance for your protection.
PLEASE NOTE: Our shop items are generally "used" Vintage/Antique and Collectibles and are typically"pre-owned" unless otherwise stated. We do our best to describe the condition of each item and photograph any "flaws".
We expect our customers to read and examine all photos for condition and other details prior to ordering.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (your previous order will supply that in most cases).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We do not accept any item that is more than 30 days after purchase. Also your return will be sent back via "Return to Sender" without the prior notification and approval of a return. Please contact us at gsalehunter@gmail.com before returning any item.
DAMAGED items due to Carrier Shipping damage:
NOTE: Report Carrier Damage immediately! USPS has a short window for damage claims to be submitted.
Required for "Damaged in Shipment" refund consideration: Please promptly send us (within 7 days of delivery) via email to gsalehunter@gmail.com TWO or more photos of the damage including a photo of the original packaging and a written description of the damage. This is a USPS requirement.
We will submit that case to USPS on your behalf. Once they approve the refund, we will refund the full purchase price per your original payment method. You are required to keep the item and shipping materials for a specific time pending refund approval, there are times when the Postal Inspector may request inspection of the damaged item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is typically processing time before a refund is visibly posted to your account.

No Exchanges
Because our items are unique and one of a kind, we do not accept exchanges. In special circumstances, we will consider same value exchange if your new selection is an item of same or lesser value. You will be responsible for extra shipping costs if applicable and are responsible for the costs of return shipping to us. For consideration, always feel free to send us an email at gsalehunter@gmail.com
PLEASE NOTE: A 20% restocking fee may be applied for seasonal items considered "in demand", for example; specific Thanksgiving, Christmas and Religious Holidays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, and any other customary gift giving occasions.

Return shipments must use tracking and insurance to provide proof of delivery and cover your responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur while in transit. Please take pictures of the damage and original packing supplies for insurance and conditions of the before the FINAL Refund. Send your request to: gsalehunter@gmail.com with REFUND REQUEST in the title of the email. You will hear from us on next steps for your claim within 72 hours.
Non-authorized returns will be refused and sent back to the sender.
In some cases YOU will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
