Authentic and well loved Vintage Rustic French Salt Box is a charming gray speckled pottery Farmhouse Kitchen wall hanging with wood lid, leather hinges and wood back. Pottery is blocked with letters SEL (french for salt). Picked from a Brocante market in the France Wine Country of Loire.
Good condition. There is one corner on the front with a small chip. Leather hinges are cracked from age and wear. No splits in the wood top or back and we left an old gold foil sticker intact. Measures 9 1/2" T overall, box is 6 1/2" L x 5 1/2" W.
